Products in product catalog are updated using Excel table. Each country has it's own template/layout so for adding/removing/updating products please use last excel uploaded, update it and send a request for updating through our ticket portal.

Please keep in mind:

Excel tables are configured and connected to our systems so please update it the same way other products are inserted in the table. You can check the first and second row for section name and description (product name, product image) This means:

• using the same rows (example for Canada, row "A" is reserved for Product name, so only insert product name in this row/ row "R" in Canada is used for image name of a product, so only use this row)
• using the same layout (example: for Canada, row "R" is used for product image, where only the name of the image is inserted, without the file extension -> [image] not [image.jpeg] )

Please do not add additional rows, as the system isn't configured to "read" new rows and the system will ignore it!

For product images please follow these 2 rules:

SQAURED IMAGE (1:1)

• Images must be in 1:1 ratio, narrow or wide layout will result in image looking distorted.

EXAMPLE ↓

Uploaded image:

• as you can see by the borders, the image is not sqaured resolution but wide layout

Result:

• Product image is distorted (compressed)

BLANK MARGINS

• Images must contain a bit of "white space" , so it doesn't "cut off" the product packaging in the image

EXAMPLE ↓

Uploaded image:

• provided image contains almost no blank space at the borders

Result:

• Product packaging is "cut off" at the corners
• Product images must contain "white space so it doesn't "cut off" the product packaging in the image
